Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place within Germany and the following countries:

• EU Countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus
• Non-EU Countries/Worldwide: Switzerland, United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

• We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 3.90 € per order.
  From an order value of 50.00 EUR, we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate:

• EU Countries: 7,20 €
  From an order value of 130,00 EUR, we deliver free of charge.
  
  
• United Kingdom: 7,20 €
  From an order value of 130,00 EUR, we deliver free of charge.
  
  
• Switzerland: 9,90 €
  From an order value of 160,00 EUR, we deliver free of charge.
  
  
• USA, Canada, Mexico: 39,35 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-3 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 4-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
